We have purchased Butterfly signature spl edition 4 Burner on 13 th March 2019 from Butterfly Galleria porur showroom. After coming home, We have observed the manufacturing date is April 2018. We have immediately called the showroom for exchange but they have not accepted and and asked us to contact Butterfly customer care. When we contacted them, they said that we can exchange the product within 3 days and even provided us area incharge contact number (Mr. Dxxxxh). We spoke with him and explained our for which we he has committed to exchange but still the status remained same even after multiple calls to him from last 4 days. Now he is not responding to our calls. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
