Regarding refund from woodysfurniture against cancellation

I have given an online order to www.woodysfurniture.in on 9-6-17. But,later on due to some reasons,I have cancelled my order on 10.6.17. But,now they are not refunding my money. My e-mail conversation regarding cancellation of order are attached. Please help in getting my refund money.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
