I have taken new SIM of Jio snd activate unlimited national calls and 1 GB data /day on 23th September. But on 30th September my connection has been disconnected and when i called to customer care they are keep saying it has been disconnected but providing me any Complete information/reason. I have also sent numbers of mail to jio care but not getting proper resolution. Once thay have asked the retailer address and contact number which also I have provided but didn’t get any call from jio care. I just want the amount to be refund if the connection is not resumed.
