I have ordered a Redmi Note 4 on 7th Oct,2017 and got delivered on 8th Oct,2017. After using two days it is become dead, may be software issue arrived behind that. Hence, I had placed a replacement request on 15th Oct,2017 for replacement stating “software problem”. While delivering after ten days, on 25th Oct,2017 the delivery boy denied to deliver as the issue is placed for replacement is a “software problem”. So according to Flipkart mobile should be switched on while picking. But as earlier I have stated that, the phone is totally dead after using two days. So it should not be on while replacing. I repeatedly followed up with Flipkart after one undeliverable approach. They ensured that they are raising a new issue of replacement as picking the mobile as “dead”. After certain time on 31st Oct,2017(Delivery date), Flipkart again came up with a same issue like “mobile should be on while picking”. So they are repeatedly not communicating with us, they are stucked with their policy only. Back end team is also not communicating with us as I have updated two more alternative numbers with a refund request whatever I paid for my Redmi Note 4. Now on 5th Nov,2017 Flipkart has come up with their resolution that the Redmi Note 4 which is ordered on 7th Oct,2017 couldn’t be replaced as the validity date for replacement is over. I have lots of history behind that regarding replacement. They have not communicated in proper way. Now they are denying to refund/replacement as well.
