Me purchase saree from Snapdeal. But we received different time saree and product is cheap quality. We many time trying to return request but Snapdeal not responding and my complain not reqiester. How can I possible trust Snapdeal policy. Snapdeal cheat me and my amount not refunded me

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
