I travelled from shimla to Chandigarh on 28 January 2018. I booked ola cab. Estimated fare it was showing around Rs 2700.00 but to my surprise when I completed the journey total fare it was showing around Rs.3933/- . Driver was also telling that before journey in his mobile also estimated fare was around Rs.2700.00 only. I paid the driver the amount which was coming on mobile thinking that after my complaint extra amount charged will be refunded. But in spite of 6 to 7 complaints through mobile complaint not resolved till date.
