Shopclues not replacing defective watch

Respected sir,actually I have buyed a watch from shopclues.com…in which they have given me defective watch… after complaining for return.they have rejected to return the product.. Sir I request you to please take necessary against them and return the defective product… My order id:123629913 and my return id: 4706678 and in it half the numerical numbers are missing.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
