Speed Post tracking receipt not accepted as proof of service

Please refer to 2 Speed Post Consignments: to Registrar, Unitech Ltd, Basement 6, Community Centre, Saket, New Delhi 110017) & to Unitech Ltd, Uniworld City, Horizon Tower 7, Unit 001 & 002, Action Area III, Main Arterial Road, New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata 700156.

I produced the Speed Post Track record delivery report to District Consumer Forum, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal as proof of Service Returned document. But the Ld. Forum refuses to accept them as such. In the Posal Department’s document the address is in shorthand and, therefore, differs slightly from ones given in my consumer complaint against Unitech Ltd.

In this circumstances what should I do? Can you receive this as ‘a complaint’ and approach on my behalf to the Postal Dept. to get a detailed certificate of delivery of the documents. I find the GPO Kolkata not much interested to help me. Please fine me an way out. My Consumer case is stranded because of technical reasons. Regards.
