Refund from MakeMyTrip – Rs.18,500/- : Ms. Alka Sachdeva, Okhla, Delhi booked ticket for her son under booking no. IN1410B4S146301 for the sector Mauritius to Delhi. She cancelled this on 16 Jan 2015 and ask for the refund. Makemytrip confirmed the refund of Rs.18,500/- will be made after the deduction. MMT said that refund will be processed within 5 days. However, even after a month the customer did not get refund. She posted her complaint with ICF on 19-02-2015 and the matter was taken up with MMT. The customer got her refund on 10-03-2015.
