Refund from sports365.in – Rs.151/-: Mr. Sujeesh Paul, of Karakunnam, Puthupadi P.O., Muvattupuzha, Kerala (sujeeshgeorgepaul[@]hotmail.com) placed an order for a Quechua RAINCUT ZIP JACKET JUNIOR on 13th June, 2014 with sports365.in. He received the product and found the price tag on it stating MRP (Inclusive of all Taxes) only Rs. 699 whereas he was charged total amount including taxes Rs. 849.15. He approached sports365 for refund of excess amount but did not get any positive response. He posted his complaint with ICF on 27-06-2014 and the matter was taken up with sports365 who promptly refunded the excess amount. Issued got resolved by 12-07-2014.
