I made request for TV Installation on 29April 2018. My tv is not yet installed, after repeated request( TOKEN NO A7611, A11424, A12878), complaints (WOIN2018050101531,WOIN 2018051202171)and formalities(email -4-5 times) and call about 40-50 times no one came to install my tv, every day it is assured to me that the tv will be installed today but after the end of the day no outcome, this is happening from last 16 days.
They are just telling me that installation will be done ar earliest, but since 15 days no result has come.
Even customer care executives giving false assurances that installation will be done at earliest and your case is in priority.
And your customer care associates have given me so many false committed and information. And need compensation as your guys are harassing me since last 16 days and waste my valuable time.
Hope at least you look the concerned matter and help me solve my problem.
