Unable to sign into Uber account

I had an account with uber registered with my phone number. I stopped to use the number for a while and now when i m trying to login again with the number. It does not allow to do so. I reached out to uber care but they are not ready to assist. IN a situation where a person can buy a new number and that number is already is regiseterd with uber previously. The person will not be able to use the same number.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
