Unable to withdraw from Hike account

Hike Withdraw problem. Value: 417. I have added more than 400 rupees on hike wallet but now when I am trying to withdraw I am getting failes. I am very afraid about this. I complaint to hike custome support they are not even replying me.. What to do?? Please help me

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
