Unauthorised deduction by Telenor

My balance was deducted on 22/11/2017 without any reason i.e. Rs.50/- o 23rd/24th also amount reduced without any use. Net Pack 1 GB data recharged on 22/11/2017. No network avialbe since 5days. 1 GB data free for 30 days..

Five days already over .Not able to contact anyone on due to non availability of data. Please guide Already complained. Issue not resolve Complaint Id 12135823680725

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
