I had taken an Uber cab from Mumbai domestic airport to Chandivali (distance 13km roughly)on September 2nd 2017 at 12.29 pm. I had booked it from an uber counter outside the airport. At the time of booking i was told the trip would cost around Rs 300. I accepted and a WagonR MH02EH3264 was booked for me. On arrival at Chandivali driver showed a charge of Rs 1949 on his mobile and asked me to pay. When i refused to pay he contacted uber. they asked me him to collect the amount as fare calculation is correct and told him that if i have a complaint i have to contact uber through email. I contacted them but they don’t refund the excess collected.Please help!
