Warranty denied by dealer

I have bought a bluetooth handset of janta band worth Rs.1800 from a dealer in rohini sector 8 name CELL SHELL.
Its been just 6 months that the device has stopped functioning and is covered under 1year warranty. The dealer at the time of buying said that the warranty is from the dealers counter only but now after keeping the product for 1 month they are denying to serve .

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
