Wrong demand from Fullerton after 5 years

I took a personal loan from Fullerton India several years ago. On 2012 I settled said a/c at Rs.18,000 through pay order. But the person give wrong receipt to my mother and credit said payment of another person. Now after 5 years they again demand at me. I having original full and final settlement letter, pay order, original wrong receipt copy and bank statement copy. Please help me.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
