I have ordered MI 4 phone on Amazon in exchange offer on the site it’s clearly mention that the phone must be in working condition and display intact..there is not single point written after this and at the time of delivery the delivery person refuse to accept my phone because there small breaking in my phone.and it’s not mention on Amazon site..after that I contact customer care they said that your amount is refunded in your Amazon pay balance within 24 hours..but when I contact customer care today. They refuse to refund my money they said that your money will be refunded in your account..they give wrong information 1st one wrong information on site and 2nd one wrong information about my refund.
