Wrong order given and cash collect by Aspire Fashion

I got a parcel today. As i wasn’t there in the house, my husband took the parcel and paid cash of rs 1398/-. It is a saree of cheap quality. how can they give some thing to someone without their knowledge.i haven’t ordered anything from this website.how can these people cheat someone.i tried to mail them but no reply from their side. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
