I ordered the product and got a defective one the very first time. Then I contacted the customer Care of Amazon and they were ready to make a replacement. I returned the product. I got a replacement after 3-4 days of return and got a wrong product in the box which was different from from the ordered one. I re-called Amazon customer care and they asekd me to return the product received by you and your amount will be refunded. After returning the product i was asked to wait till 26th October 2017 and Since now no word from them regarding the refund. and when i called the customer care they told me that my refund is cancelled as i have returned the wrong product and making excuses of investigations escalations etc.
