I have purchased panasonic 1.5Ton 5 star split AC model KC18SKY5M on 11 august 2017 but i have not received the correct product for that i have raised refund/return request but seller rejected. Main issue was that i have ordered AC which should have 100% copper tubing as per official panasonic website but i have received aluminum material AC outdoor unit which is wrong. so that i have raised refund request.
Again i have called paytm and registered complaint and detailed my issue on 23 august 2017 then they have given complaint reference number 36442335. but till today paytm has done nothing for resolution of the case they are just saying we highlighted the case soon will be resolved but they are not doing anything.
SELLER HAVE NOT MENTIONED THIS(TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION LIKE WHICH MATERIAL IS USED IN AC) but according to panasonic website it should be 100% copper tubing so IT MUST BE.
I have contacted paytm customer care more than 20 times but they have done nothing. please help.
