Wrong shade delivered by Nykaa

Hi..i bought loreal true match foundation from nykaa..order no.801418284..they delivered a wrong shade which is not matching my skin tone..after repeating call they told once the product sold nothing can be done with that..my money has gone totally wastage..it cost 615/- now they not even refunding me the price..please help me…im totally lost buying product from nykaa.in…

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
