Wrong sized shirt delivered by Club Factory

I haved bought shirt from club factory of “size L” they send me of size M and when i contact them with message they are saying its size L not M. And not returning it. Even they don’t have customer care number to get instant reply. return policy is too bad that you have to courier back to them with your cost, company will not pay you that also.they are not refunding money.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
