Airtel DTH service suspended even after recharge

Airtel digital tv account suspended even after recharge is successful. Value: 710
I have done a recharge of ?710 via phone pe upi on 29.3.2020 my airtel digital tv id is 3025160033 and amount was deducted but service is not ready to resume so take an action on this issue while i call cc of airtel its getting disconnected after 10 or 15mins automatically.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October.
