Refund pending from MakeMyTrip post cancellation

I have booked flight tickets on 19th Feb 2020; which I cancelled on 7th Feb 2020 due to Coronavirus issue and airline and MakeMyTrip promised full refund for that.
After cancellation I waited for refund for 1 month and contacted MakeMyTrip, when they said that they will resolve issue in 48 hours
However even today 29th March 2020, I haven’t received my refund. When I try to call them they give excuses and avoid talking to me.
I have paid my money to MakeMyTrip, so they should give my money back.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
