Airtel fibre sevrice issue, not providing support

I bought airtel fibre connection, i am not able to do office work since one week due to weak internet services.. i have lodged complaint, but they are not solving problem and delaying to visit to check problem sine 4 days.. my work is affected since 4 days. as i have bought plan of six months, they are not willing to refund if we change connection.
