I bought 2 flight tickets with the intermediary company Goibibo and when I finished my transaction automatically I got a tax invoice with my personal information but I need to change it with company’s information that bought those tickets because the company needs to declare taxes. I spoke twice with the call center but they refuse to do it, the say it’s not possible. Every single time that I have travelled all companies are willing to help me with these changes as Tax invoices can be cancelled and be replaced when information is incorrect.
