AJI blocked my account, no refund received

My account has been blocked and i did not get my refund. Value: 3000. I returned few order for which I was supposed to get a refund but before I get my refund my account has been blocked and now when m calling them they are saying that the refund won’t be initiated and the complaint is against ajio app

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
