Ajio account blocked. Value: 10000. Ajio account blocked for no reason .and these people dont have a answer .asking me to wait till 16 December. Whereas already many orders pending to be received how will I track it and return in case I don’t like those after recieving .any many complaints pending at their end to be resolved.

I had made a prepaid order of rs.2529.30 from Ajio shopping site on 6th January. I later received a text saying the order was cancelled due to logistics issue. I also made the payment with the balance on my Ajio wallet with was refunded for the amount of rs. 293.58. I have been writing emails to cust care and ajio grievance officer number of times without any result till date. They kept giving me false dates on which my money would be refunded and they even kept my case as closed and resolved.
