Yesterday i.e. on 26th May 2022 I had received few items from ajio. Immediately I informed to the customer care that one item is missing. They taken the complaint. After sometime I’m not able to login to my account. I become suspicious. Contacted customer care many times. Still they didn’t resolved. Next day I.e. today my account was blocked. However I had received my missing product.
On account of size issue I had to return the items received but they are not doing this since I’m not able to do so from my side. My 13k+amount is stucked there. I never had had such issues in past. Neither I received any call or information regarding this. Never faced such things.
When I searched on Google I got to know about such instances of account blocking. This is highly unethical and unacceptable. When your allowing return then customer will obviously return. In case of more return you can inform customer or impose some other things by way of penalty but straight way your blocking the account. And worst part is that our money and credit get with you. This is pure theft. How could you this ? Never thought how mentally disturbed one can be by your act.
I literally cried before customer care and requested to return the product and give back my money. Atleast they can do this much.
Don’t open account no issue but Atleast give back our money.
Kindly help me out in getting this resolved
