I had ordered a product from Amazon app on 26th Nov, 2018. I raised a return and refund request immediately after receiving the production as the quality and the packing was very inferior and was also looking differently than what marketed. Amazon had sent a mail as the confirmation of the refund but their seller called and informed me that I might have to loose 15% of the amount for stocking and upon insisting of processing it further was then informed that I would have to self return it and they will wait for it for processing it further.
I have been constantly following it up with Amazon India yet they have dodge me and avoided any resolution.
My plea is as follow.
I trusted the brand Amazon and ordered the product; all the invoices, package and barcode sticker on the package are of Amazon hence I request them to pick the product and refund the amount immediately .
