Regarding loot deals on channel

Yesterday in the evening around 4:54pm 23rd Jan 2019 one of telegram channel which is named as loot deals username is @Aryantech he posted that he can double the money . if you pay 2k he will give 5k in return I payed him 2k thru paytm and waited for 30min as he mentioned but from yesterday till now he din pay me my money even i asked him to give my money which I paid him. He straight away blocked me. Even he is a biggest carder he sell 1lakh iPhone in 18k thru carding. Help me in this I need my money back from him. I have proof of him he is running telegram channel and doing frauds.

Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
