Amazon not issuing Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card cashback

Amazon didn’t issues Cashback inspite of all criteria met. Value: ?30988.00

I bought a laptop from Amazon worth ?30,998.00 on Aug 22 and I’m a prime member and paid the entire amount through Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card. All the criteria are met still the 5% cash back not issued even after 60 days. I’ve followed up with Amazon Customer service numerous times still they are analysing it and not giving any resolution or reason for C/B not issued.
