We have our return tickets booked from Delhi to Surat for 12th Aug 22 and return on 13th Aug 22. Due to a death in family, we were not able to travel and have to cancel our tickets on 7th of Aug 22. We have made multiple requests with Air India under Case IDs on 5th Sept 22, 20th Sept 22, 7th Oct 22 and 31st Oct 22.
Every time we are informed that we are escalating you case on urgent basis, and you will get your refund within 21days. Till date we have not received our refund. The refund amount informed to us was INR 14000 appx. Its, been 3months, request you to kindly look in the matter. All my call recordings can be check with Air India Executive.
I stay in Dubai I am constantly AI India customer from UAE, it seems like they have no value of persons time and money. I had cancelled my Delhi to Dubai ticket with Emirates airlines during same period, the refund for which was received well within the informed time that too without calling them but with Airindia it is such a bad experience.
