Refund from Hitplay: Piyushi Gupta (piyushigupta9[at]gmail.com) of Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana had ordered a citrus spritzer-home on 15/05/2013. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund. Refund from Homeshop18 – Rs.5,699/-: Mr. Dileep Kumar Gupta of Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh (Email: shivshantgupta[@]gmail.com) ordered a projector with Homeshop18, and receive this by paying cash 5699/-. But the product did not work and was sent back to Homeshop18. He however did not get refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2015.
