Poor quality product from Paytm vendor

I had order 3 curtains from Paytm site last month ..they had supplied very poor quality curtains not as shown in the pic .. As per rules I can return them back .. Bt they had rejected my return ..and I m asking for the reason why they had reject my return .. I’m daily …
