Poor quality product from Paytm vendor

I had order 3 curtains from Paytm site last month ..they had supplied very poor quality curtains not as shown in the pic .. As per rules I can return them back .. Bt they had rejected my return ..and I m asking for the reason why they had reject my return .. I’m daily mailing on the site .. But they are not responding .. I’m fed with their behaviour.. How can they do this with the customers .. It is not done ..my product name is new floral tulle voile door wiw curtain white #international bazaar .. With order no ..3636662479..I had paid 1398 rs for dis via Paytm
