This is to bring in your notice that I have ordered Nike Men Navy Blue Track pant worth rupees 5495 8 April 2021 and received on 9th April 2021. Refund claim against builder/developers – Rs.62,000: Mr. Abhi Tripathi of 3/5 Oxgangs Drive, UK (ukabhi(at)gmail.com) had paid an advance of Rs.61,000/- to a Mumbai based builders for their project near Pali (Mountain Heights) in January 2008. Repair work by Asian Paints for faulty product: Mr. Anoop Slathia of Jammu purchased adhesive chemical purchased from Asian Paints dealers for laying wall tiles. Refund from Rediff.com shopping Rs.555/-: Zaheer Naik, Vishal Nagar, Hubli-580024, Karnataka ordered through rediff shopping an Electric air compressor tyre pump with the confirmed order no. 7399362 by paying Rs.555. On 17th Sep he got a mail from Rediff that the order was reversed, and the amount would be refunded. Mr. Naik did not receive refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 30-10-2012.
