Complaint regarding Dish TV activation

Dish tv activation- Rs.500 paid on 09.04.18. For the last 40 days it’s switched off conditions due to low account. Now on 09.04.2018 Rs.500 paid through transfer, still not activated even after 3rd days. Missed call/mails given by RMN. Still not activated. What to do. My dish tv VC No.01507956915. Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
