Complaint regarding Dish TV activation

Dish tv activation- Rs.500 paid on 09.04.18. For the last 40 days it’s switched off conditions due to low account. Now on 09.04.2018 Rs.500 paid through transfer, still not activated even after 3rd days. Missed call/mails given by RMN. Still not activated. What to do. My dish tv VC No.01507956915. Please advise them to activate it. Thank u.
