My son’s mobile no. 9xxxxxxxxxx1 was recharged with an international roaming pack of Airtel amounting to Rs.2999/- on 30/04/2017. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. Refund from Shoposum – Rs. 699/- : Mrs. Rashika of Bangalore, Karnataka ordered fastrack watches from Shoposum website. The watches ordered were Fastrack brand but when she opened the courier they had delivered a local brand watches. She raised return return request as mentioned in their website but there was no response from them. The customer posted her complaint at ICF on 10-05-2018 and the matter was taken up with them. Trouble with Samsung Mobile – Harassment by Service Centre, Dealer -Handset replaced by the Company: Mr. Tarun Kapur of 55 Adarsh Nagar, Iddgah Road, Moradabad-244001 posted a complaint with the forum on 10-07-2009 for the following : Problem with the functioning of handset, non-co-operative dealer and service centre. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.759/-: Mr. Vaibhav Jain of Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010, Karnataka made a UPI transaction through Google Pay to Flipkart on 25-Oct-2019 of INR 759/-.
