I requested accomodation in Jamshedpur but they refused as it it is not in the list. email and reply given that the requested destinations are not listed with us. Refund from Quikr – Rs.3,000 – Ms Vaishali Yadav, Katra, Banda, UP paid Rs 3000 to Quikr for premium ads service to get buyers at maximum price all over the world. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails. Ms. Yadav posted her complaint at ICF on 27-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Quikr. After various follow-up emails, Ms. Yadav finally got her refund by 28-06-2017. Katra, Banda, UP

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company. Refund from Air India Express – AED.4,290.91: Balaraman Karuvachal (balram_alhayat[at]yahoo.com) of Calicut, Kerala had cancelled two online air ticket bookings on 27-06-2013 as changing of route/sector facility not permitted by Air India Express.
