I have taken Park Holidays membership for 10 years after paying Rs165000. I requested accomodation in Jamshedpur but they refused as it it is not in the list. email and reply given that the requested destinations are not listed with us. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.759/-: Mr. Vaibhav Jain of Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010, Karnataka made a UPI transaction through Google Pay to Flipkart on 25-Oct-2019 of INR 759/-. Though the amount was debited from his account but not recieved by flipkart. Mr. Jain complained about this to Goolgle Pay but the issue was not resolved. Complaint against mumbai-flower-shop.com for non-delivery – Rs.1,399/-: Mr. Ajay Ojha of Kharadi, Maharastra ordered for bunch of flower worth Rs 1399 on 13th Feb through http://www.mumbai-flower-shop.com/. Although the amount is transfered but flower was never delivered. Mr. Ojha followed up with the site for last 2.5 months but the amount was still not credited to his account. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Complaint against Hindustan Lever Pureit. Mr. Rupendrasinh Parmar of Narmada, Gujarat (Email: kaalirupen(at)yahoo.co.in) had lodged a complaint on 01-03-2010 regarding servicing of his defective Pureit. ICF had submitted the complaint to Hindustan Lever and the same was resolved on 02-03-2010.
