Refund from Subhbandhan matrimony – Rs.4,000/-: Mr. Harsimran Singh of Amritsar, Punjab registered with Subhbandhan matrimony services for suitable proposals by making a payment of Rs.4,000/-. As per the consumer, the agency provided fake number and contact for proposal was not genuine. Mr. Singh requested for refund which was denied. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013.
