Refund from Travolook – Rs.3,279/- : Mr. Animesh Patnaik of Raipur 492001, Chattisgarh booked a flight ticket from Prayagraj to Bhubaneshwar (Indigo Airlines) on 9th Aug, 2021 from website travolook.in. Travolook said that the ticket got cancelled and the amount will be credited in 7-10 days. However, even after 12 days the customer did not receive refund. The watches ordered were Fastrack brand but when she opened the courier they had delivered a local brand watches. But the product did not work and was sent back to Homeshop18. He however did not get refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 05-01-2015. They failed to deliver the product even after continuous follow up. They finally said the would refund the money but Mr. Kishore did not get the money.
