Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. However, customer did not get refund and he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-04-2021. The matter was taken up with Travolook and customer finally got his refund by 20-04-2021. IFB washing machine repairs – Rs.27,350/-: Mr. T Kumarasamy of Chennai purchased a IFB Senorita Aqua washing machine from vasanth & co velacherry. On 16.11.2015 he registered a complaint with IFB service center since the washing machine was not working. A technician from from IFB came on 20.11.2015 and told the panel found faulty and it will be replaced by 23.11.2015 by IFB company since it is under warranty period. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them. Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.6,688/-: Mr. Anshu Tomar of Hyderabad, Telengana booked Spicejet ticket from Hyd to Del- SG226 (Travel date: 25 Dec 2014) & Del to Hyd ( Travel date: 4 Jan 2015)-SG235. He subsequently cancelled his Spicejet tickets on 24-12-2014 due to operational issues of Spicejet. Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Complaint regarding Dell laptop replacement – Rs.84,000/- : Mr. Vinod Devasia of Mangalore 575003 ordered for a Dell laptop under the impression that it had touch-screen. However, after receiving the product he found that the laptop does not come with touch screen. The customer immediately contacted Dell and Compuindia but they refused replacement.
