Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com. After the payment was made, she was advised by Yatra.com that the booking was unsuccessful as no tickets were available. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short-refund – Rs.4,285/-: Mr. Angad Nagpal of Delhi (Email: angad_21(at)hotmail.com) had received short payment of refund against the cancellation of Kingfisher Airlines flight booked through MakeMyTrip in the sum of Rs.4,285/-. Complaint regarding Dell laptop replacement – Rs.84,000/- : Mr. Vinod Devasia of Mangalore 575003 ordered for a Dell laptop under the impression that it had touch-screen. Repair work by Asian Paints for faulty product: Mr. Anoop Slathia of Jammu purchased adhesive chemical purchased from Asian Paints dealers for laying wall tiles. Mr. Slathia complained that within three months of laying the tiles by using the chemical adhesive, tiles started falling off the walls and this also caused damage to a glass on the table. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months.
