My Ajio account gets blocked

My ajio account blocked by ajio without any notice and call. I have to 2 products but i am unable to login into my account. I contacted 7-8 times to customer care executive but they always answered like recorded audio like sir we can’t assist you, we don’t have any authority. This is very pathetic …

SBI Reward Points – Rs. 14,265/- – Mr. Vipul Goel, of Nawabganj, Kanpur 208002, Uttar Pradesh had 57060 SBI reward points(worth ?14265) linked to SBI account. He tried redeeming those points on mobikwik through maxgetmore. The points were deducted but money was not added to mobikwik. Wrong charges by SBI Card – Rs.26,362/- : Mr. Nagamanoj of Kaggadasapura, Bangalore 560093, Karnataka had converted the entire outstanding on his sbicard credit card to restructuring in the month of Sept 2020.
