Refund from snapdeal.com – Rs.22,000/- : Salil Tripathi of Chinchwad, Pune-411019, Maharashtra (saliltripathi.8889[@]outlook.com) ordered Iphone 4 through snapdeal.com on 12th Nov 2014. He did not receive the product though the company gave a non-existing Bluedart AWB. The customer asked for refund but the refund was not forthcoming. Refund from Naaptol – Rs.4,373/- : Abhishek Pandey of ChanndaNagar, Andhra Pradesh (Email: itsmeabhishekpandey[at]gmail.com) had placed an order with Naaptol on 28-04-2013 for Ultimate Sofa cum bed. The product delivered to him was defective and upon a complaint from Mr. Pandey Naaptol replaced the product with another piece. However, the replacement product was also defective. As per return policy he mailed them on 9th July 2014 but did not get any response for his mails and telephone calls. He posted his complaint on 22-07-2014 and the matter was taken up with Homeshop18. Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com. After the payment was made, she was advised by Yatra.com that the booking was unsuccessful as no tickets were available. Ms Rao called up the agency to complain, and was assured that the money would be refunded in a week’s time.
