Sir, we recharge our siti cable of rs. 346 online at siti cable still not yet come, we have made a call to Consumer Care were bothering for 3 days just saying the same thing will come by evening or will be come morning this happening from 3 days and now they are receiving our call but not replying our questions and also mail many times to siti care they are not taking our complain seriously. we also said that if you can’t do our work please refund our money.

Cable operator is absconding since 10/6/2023 and our TV not recharged since 12/6/23 it is inoperative facing panic situation. Complaint registered ref.no. 738224 &. 738540 customer care officials assured for rapid solution but all remained failed still not recharged and being hopeless we all putting our panic state before your customers service centre and Executive officials. Nirankar still not responding.
