Company not refunding loan processing fee

I have applied a home loan from India Shelter in September-2017 . they have sanctioned it but due to some personal reason i have postpone it , meanwhile i have paid almost 24000/-Indian rupees as a loan process fees and legal fees, now i have asking for my refund they are not paying any attention. …
