Refund from Yepme – Rs.2,500/- – Mr. Komal Prabhu of Bicholim, Goa had returned a product to Yepme against order 32865300 dt.21-11-2016 and was expecting refund from them. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from styletag.com – Rs.3,948/-: Ms. Swati Jain of Agra, U.P (jainswati16[@]gmail.com) placed an order with styletag.com on 18-10-2014 for 5 items but received one one after one month and remaining items were not delivered. There was no response from the portal to her complaints. She posted her complaint at India Consumer Forum on 22-11-2014 and the complaint was taken up with the portal. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.249/-: Mr. Tapas Kar of Dum Dum, Kolkata, West Bengal (Email: tapaskar007@gmail.com) ordered “Karpine Flip Cover for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG” from Flipkart.com on 13 September,2014. But he received a damaged product and was assured of refund by Flipkart. But the defective product was not picked up and no refund was made even after repeated requests. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
